It has been (and still is) a big hustle for all the organizers, be them from the Embassy, from the Pavilion, from Yerevan, from Shenzhen/Shanghai to synchronize it all but we did it.
There you go:
- 11 people are flying from Shenzhen, 5 from Guangzhou, 4 from Hong Kong, around 10 people from Beijing.
- This is about 30 Outside ChinaHay
- You can add up to 30 local ChinaHay (Shanghye)
- Another 30 people from official delegation including the Prime Minister and other Armenian Government people.
- Another 60 people coming from Armenia for the performances
The performers are staying at the JinJiang Service hotel at the expo village and unfortunately this hotel is full and we have booked 12 rooms for 20 people not far from it.
From whoever we didn’t hear about, hurry up to book your seat, it’s really gonna be historical, you can’t miss this.
